AML & KYC Policy

1. Policy Overview

INNOBEE GLOBAL PLC is committed to preventing its services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. This AML & KYC Policy applies to all operations, including the ATOX digital services platform.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

All users accessing financial features on the ATOX platform are required to complete KYC verification. This process includes:

• Identity document verification (government-issued ID)
• Proof of address (where applicable)
• Facial or biometric verification (where applicable)
• Ongoing monitoring of account activity

KYC is conducted in tiers. Access to higher-value transaction limits requires a higher tier of verification.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Our AML framework includes:

• Transaction monitoring for suspicious activity
• Threshold-based flagging of high-value or unusual transactions
• Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed with relevant authorities as required
• Sanctions screening against applicable watchlists
• Staff training on AML obligations

4. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

We apply standard Customer Due Diligence for all users and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for users identified as higher risk, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).

5. Record Keeping
